I'm only 1 week post-op from an Upper Blepharoplasty with Dr. Iyengar. The results are very impressive so far, and I'm not even fully healed yet. The procedure took about 1 hour TOTAL. He explained each step along the way to be sure I was comfortable. Recovery was simple - 2 days of icing to prevent bruising/swelling, 1 week of sleeping upright, 1 week of antibiotics, and 2 weeks of an antibiotic cream on the eyelids. The stitches came out yesterday at 7 days. The results are already noticeable, and now I'll just wait for the incisions to heal a bit more before trying to use make-up in the area. Dr. Iyengar is an ocuplastic surgeon, not just a cookie cutter "plastic surgeon". He has even performed countless revisions, fixing other doctor's work. You can trust your eyes to him!
