Under eye bags can be permanently corrected with surgery or temporarily camouflaged with fillers (Restylane, Belotero, Volbella).There are great non-surgical options to fill in under eye depressions and hollowness. Using dermal fillers, a liquid eye-lift can be performed. A dermal filler such as Restylane would be placed in the cheek and tear trough to hide the depression or bag underneath your eye.
Surgery would require a fat-repositioning lower lid blepharoplasty. In this surgical procedure, fat from the eye area is moved into the tear trough depression filling the actual depression.

You are mostly hollow.  However, the world is a scary place.  If you ask enough doctors to remove your lower eyelid fat, someone will do it.  I don't recommend that.  You do have a very heavy upper eyelid and that can be addressed with surgery.  The under eye area needs volume.  I would recommend the hyaluronic acid filler Restylane for this area.  I recommend starting with a detailed personal consultation.

A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. You have some hollowing in the tear trough area that is most likely to be helped by filler injections; I do not think fat removal is necessary in most Asian patients in their early 30's and can actually worsen the hollowing if done aggressively. Go on some consults to be examined in person, where your lid and cheek tissues can be assessed for fat distribution, skin laxity, muscle support, and other factors.

It appears you have some hollowness under the eye.  Fillers do a nice job of adding volume and disguising under eye irregularities.  I recommend visiting an expert injector in your area for a consultation.  Fillers are a great non surgical option and can last up to a year.

There are multiple components that create the area under your eye. This includes the fat pads, the orbicularis muscle, the skin, ligaments, and the bony rim of your orbit. It appears from your photo that you may have a stronger muscle on that side rather than too much fat. There is also some hollowness as you have described. There are both surgical and non-surgical options (botox, fillers) to address both issues. Uneven eyebags can be caused by a variety of reasons including facial fat distribution, underlying bone structure and the strength of the facial muscles.In your case I believe that a combination of dermal filler such as restylane or Belotero, a toxin (Botox or Xeomin) and possibly a collagen producing treatment such as laser or rf-microneedling would help solve your cosmetic concerns.Please contact a surgeon that has expertise in treating this delicate area.
