Ultherapy can be combined with fillers. In fact, combination therapy is often suggested to improve the rejuvenating effect as they provide synergistic effects - Fillers provide the fill and Ultherapy provides the lift. However, we would recommend Ultherapy first, followed by fillers. If Ultherapy is performed over an area that has received fillers injections, we typically have patients to wait for 1 month. Whilst it is possible that the ultrasound energy can melt the fillers, it is unlikely that this would be clinically noticeable. The Ultherapy has not been shown to interfere with the effects of Botox. I hope this answers your question. Have a great weekend!Rgds,Dr. Terence GohPlastic SurgeonAZATCA Plastic Surgery
