Just plunked down a deposit on Ultherapy and then started reading SUPER-scary reviews on RealSelf. For the doctors on here: do you have any words of caution about this treatment? Any particular skin types who should avoid it? Some reviews are saying Ultherapy, in fact, aged them. One woman's faced completely drooped on one side; another said it ruined her vision. What's the deal? I'm freakin' out here! Thanks for any advice you got!
