Will my face go back to normal after Ultherapy?

Swelling and bruising can be a common occurrence after Ultherapy.  The procedure causes an inflammatory response to the deep underlying tissue which can lead to bruising or swelling.  You should begin to see resolution within a few days and if not I would recommend contacting your Physician for reassurance.

Swelling is variable for patients when they have Ultherapy. However, I have found it to be the most in the lower face treatments. The swelling might take a few days to go away. In the meantime, I always have my patients do a light massage to the treated areas. The uneven look you are describing is likely from just doing the lower face and might be more pronounced (versus if you had done the whole face). I would wait through the weekend and then call your provider to discuss your concerns as they know the number of lines that were placed and the locations.
