What are the procedures that I can have for my FFS?
Answer: FFS for the M to F TG patient. FFS for the M to F TG patient. A Hairline Lowering with Orbital Bone Reduction and Contouring using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Incision (which I invented 45 years ago), Rhinoplasty with nostril narrowing etc., Chin Reduction and Contouring, is a start for you. These can be done together or individually. Return to work 7-14 days later depending on bruising. Make sure you see a VERY experienced FFS surgeon who can show you dozens of natural results and not the overdone look.

Answer: FFS Facial feminization for you should include the forehead, cheeks (augmentation), lip lift, chin implant or chin contouring with genioplasty, and likely rhinoplasty. The reason you'll want to consider hormones is that it will make the necessary scar on top of the head protected from sight. Otherwise, if you lose hair it becomes visible. You could also address this with hair grafts.Weight gain or not I think you'll want breast augmentation which can be done at the same time.

Answer: Facial Feminization Surgery and Breast Augmentation The three necessary procedures for your FFS is brow bone reduction combined with forehead narrowing, rhinoplasty, and chin reshaping by sliding genioplasty with midline wedge reduction for advancement and narrowing (desquaring) The rest of your face is pretty gender neutral and would look more feminine by the changes of the forehead, nose and chin. While you did not show pictures of your overall body, breast augmentation by fat transfer is not going to work for you due to the lack of any breast tissue at all. It is simply not going to make much if any difference and is not a good use of surgical effort and resources Only breast implants can produce noticeable and well shaped breast mounds. Lastly it is not an absolute necessity to be on hormones for any of these surgeries.
