What can I do to fix my brow bone for my FFS forehead revision? (Photos)

I had a FFS surgery 10 years ago in order to reduce my forehead and smooth my features. Unfortunately I don't like the results at all. The surgery has completely destroyed my face. The brow bone was raised too much. My profile is now awful, my eyebrows are too high and I lose completely the beauty of my eyes. I had a lot of consultation with various surgeons but nobody can help me. What I can do to fix my brow bone?

I see two issues resulting from your prior surgery. The first is the unnatural flattening and sloping backwards of your forehead and the second may be the position of your eyebrows. To improve the forehead contour and give it a rounder more feminine appearance, you would need augmentation. I generally use methylmethacrylate, but fat may serve as a lesser option. (See photos on my RealSelf site) It is difficult to judge the position of your eyebrows based upon the photos that are available. But the position can be changed, as well.

The problem is not your brow bone but rather your brows have been pulled too high. I need to see a full set of photos with your hair pulled back to give more information.

While that is an immediate picture after your brow bone reduction surgery, your description of a reduction that is 'too high' and the brow bone 'raised too much' indicates an over reduced brow bone that has completely flattened your lower forehead. What I believe you are looking for is the re-establishment of some brow bone shape albeit not as protrusive as before the surgery. Brow bone augmentation can be done by either bone cements or custom brow bone implants through the existing scalp incision used to perform the original brow bone reduction surgery.
