I am Wondering if I should do Pilates after the 4 sessions of emsculpt to enhancing the muscle building. Pilates seems to work on core very effectively. I am doing emsculpt on both tummy and butt next week for 4 sessions each, 2 days apart.

After the Emsculpt session is done it is really important to maintain your core strength, so I would recommend doing core exercises like planks or sit-ups. The more you activate your abdominal muscles the longer the Emsculpt effect will last.
