Hello, I've recently had a chin implant and neck liposuction 4 months ago and I'd really like to address my lower cheeks now. The problem is, I just don't know what's best for them! My surgeon has suggested Buccal Fat but I'm not sure if this will give me the results I want. I'm not sure if Buccal Fat will improve or make this worse. I just want a better contour in the cheek area and have it slimmed down slightly. Any advice?. Another option would be to try PDO threads first. I'm 36 years old.

Answer: Buccal fat removal/PDO threads? Advice = Buccal fat removal and lateral cheek bone enhancement could be options #buccalfat #
Dear AshleyC108,
this depends on the previous surgery. If the buccal fat was removed completely then there is no need for a second surgery. However, if the buccal fat was removed only partially, then a revision surgery might be an option.
