I had a ptosis correction done 6weeks ago. I think I am looking older and have fierce looking eyes. The gap between my brows and eyelids/eyes are also very narrow after surgery. Do I expect to see more improvement (more natural looking) or is there any way to correct the crease/ distance since excess skin has already been removed?

The photograph you have included actually shows very symmetrical and appropriate height and curve of your upper eyelids. Of course, a comparison with your photographs prior to your surgery would help one understand what you mean by "flat eyelids."
