I feel as if someone was pulling my left ear downwards and a muscle starting from the ear goes to the eye and it's pulling my eye downwards. My eye hurts and gets very dry whenever I'm outside, eyedrops don't help at all. My lower eyelid is drooping as well, it didn't used to be so bad but now it's very noticeable and people notice and can't even look at me in the eyes :'(
