Hey there. I just turned 32 and feel like my forehead has gotten bigger (did I lost hair in my headline?) and also like my philtrum is a little long- but then again im unsure. Am I good candidate for either hairline lowering or philtrum reduction? I don't want to change how I look but would like to increase the harmony.

It is not very likely that additional surgery would visibly correct your current condition. You can still take a risk of additional hair transplant? However, since your option may be limited by means of surgery, you may consider changing your hairstyle. It is worth of trying. Good luck.
