I had a forehead reduction in 2016 and later a hair transplant in 2020 by a different surgeon to help conceal the scar. I deeply regret the procedure, as I feel my hairline was made too low and looks unnatural. I’m sure my options are limited, but any suggestions to help improve the appearance of the hairline? The frontal view is what bothers me the most, and makes me feel incredibly self conscious with my hair pulled back which is ironically why I wanted the procedure.
