ONLY One Sided Flared Ribs?

Correction of chest wall asymmetry or pectus excavatum is only recommended for pretty severe deformities.  If you have simple breast augmentation, it is possible to compensate for the asymmetry with different size implants in some cases, but not all.

This question is hard to fully answer without photos.  Please remember to provide photographs.  We do not know where your ribs are flaring.  Sometimes if the ribs are more prominent in the center of the chest, an implant can camouflouge this and this is usually accomplished by using implants with different projections.  Hope this helps.

You should consider consulting with a thoracic surgeon who is experienced with this type of work on congenital deformities of the ribcage.  It sounds as though your problem may not be severe enough to warrant chest wall reconstruction however.  One alternative could be a customized chest wall implant on the right side, and then perform a "normal" bilateral breast augmentation.

It is primarily thoracic surgeons who deal with treatment of chest wall abnormalities, and who are current on recent technology. A consultation with such a surgeon is likely to lay out all the options. All the best. 

You could wear sometime like an abdominal binder or exercise belt, but I doubt will have much effect. Surgery can break and reposition your ribs if needed.  However, this is a very painful and expensive procedure. many times breast impl;ants will help cover the differences in the two sides of the chest.
