I want to know if there is a way that both of the dents can get smoothed out without changing the shape, size, nostrils, and structure of my nose. It looks like there are small retractions of nostril alar rim cartilage on both of my nostrils on my nose. When I was younger, the dents weren't as bad, but it looks like the dents are getting worse. Is this an easy or complicated problem to fix? Thanks.
