I can't wait one year, dont even six months, even i got my cast off 3 days ago i can see my nose is a disaster and it didnt change at all, the emotional pain and depresion im facing now is so extreme that im afraid i wont be able to keep with a normal life. Is there some injection or procedure that i can so immediately to make my nose smaller or get a curve instead of being so high and straight? My surgery was ten days ago.

The recovery time is often the most difficult part of the process.  It can be extremely challenging to look in the mirror and not see the results you were hoping to attain.  Truth is, 10 days post op, you are still quite swollen and your true results won't be apparent for up to 3 months post op.  Swelling can still be present for up to one year.  While the nose is a very central feature, try your best to focus on the positive aspects of your face and be patient.
