I have a short butt crack. Is a BBL right for me? (photos)

It seems like you may benefit from a lipo/BBL and a tummy tuck. Fat grafting techniques can be very powerful and can dramatically improve shape.  The length of the butt crack would not change.  I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website.

A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) could potentially help enhance the overall shape of your buttocks, which may improve the appearance of your short butt crack indirectly. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

From your photos it appears you are a great candidate for a BBL combined with a tummy tuck. The liposuction included in the BBL will not tighten your skin. Having a short butt crack will not affect your results. You will have a really nice result.

Based on your post it sounds like this may be your first child.pregnancy related changes often include weight gain but not a true change in fat distribution. True pregnancy related changes typically are skin laxity and muscle separation.Both of these are best corrected with a full tummy tuck for women who want to restore a tight flat abdomen when they know with fairly good certainty that they are not going to have more children.Liposuction does not correct skin laxity or muscle separation.Your bottom has reasonably good volume. What you don’t have is definition creating a clearer beginning and end as your love handles blends into your buttocks.You have a significant fat pad on your lower back.Well done Liposuction can help create a more defined buttocks. Reducing your love handles will not only create correct shape but will proportionately make your bottom look fuller and bigger as well.There’s nothing wrong with adding fat with a BBL but simply well done Liposuction can potential he make your body look much better from behind, the sides and to some degree from the front.I recommend trying to get to your pre-pregnancy weight as much as possible and give yourself plenty of time to recover from your pregnancy.Your gluteal crease or butt crack is normal at least in my opinion.
