based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

In order to achieve the best results and safest procedure, your BMI must be below 30.Based on your photos you have 2 conditions which will not improve with liposuction: saggy skin on your abdomen and protruding loose muscle, so you are in reality a great candidate for a Tummy Tuck and muscle  repair if you realy want to see a major change in your figure and waist line, because the excess of fat is only one of the issues why of your current shape. You will look astonishing!!!!Dr. Cárdenas 

Hello, thank you for your question. I suggest you to lose about 20 - 30 pounds.  BMI is only one factor to consider in determining if a patient is a candidate for a BBL. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon via email or Skype to get a better indication of how your goals can be achieved.

Right now your BMI is 36 and it needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.

To get optimal liposuction results of your Ducati arms and inner thighs would need to remove close to 10 L so fat at your current weight.That will for sure require two surgeries to stay within safe limits of removing less than 5 L per surgical procedure.This is the major limitation with your proposed procedure Combination.To adequately treat your abdomen, waist, hips and back with arms and inner thighs and stay within 5 L patients need to be less than 170 pounds.Your wish pictures are a little on the optimistic side.Ideally you need to lose a substantial amount of weight before the procedure.If you move forward with surgery at your current weight you need to have serious and honest discussions with a plastic surgeon about what can be achieved and the realistic need to have two sessions of Liposuction.All the areas you listed seem appropriate but I would recommend treating the entire torso as one anatomic unit which is abdomen 360+ back and armpits or under arm Area.I suggest having a few in person consultations with experience to board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
