Would I be able to only get a BBL and liposuction to get me back to look snatched?

Based on your photos, the issue in your case is not excess of fat, it is saggy skin and loose muscle, so liposuction will not deliver the result you want.  Liposuction will only deflate more that saggy skin and will become a bit worst.You will be candidate, whenever you are ready, for a Tummy Tuck with muscle repair and maybe some liposuction to waist. Dr  Cardenas 

In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if TT is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned.  If you have loose skin before the BBL, liposuction will not improve the skin laxity.  There are some people I have liposuctioned who look like TT candidates before liposuction who have avoided the TT, but I do not promise that to patients. Healing is multifactorial and not entirely predictable.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL and TT. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
