Curious if a lip lift or filler or some of procedure would improve the appearance of my lips. I have a large philtrum (~20 mm) and don’t like the shape (downward slanting?). The upper lip is thin and the borders do not seem to be well defined. Also don’t notice any lip protrusion when viewed from the profile. I don’t think it helps that my chin is weak. Only time when I don’t mind my lips is when smiling. Resting face or slightly open mouth is unattractive as minimal or no upper teeth show.
