I don't think I have a very long philtrum although I do feel like I have short teeth though I'm not exactly sure what procedure would be the best. I also feel like I have an overbite as my teeth don't sit on top of each other but rather at an angle where my upper teeth are over and in front of the bottom teeth. Although not sure having this fixed will still help my teeth show more.
