I am a 50 yr old female considering a lower facelift/necklift to address sagging/crepey skin/jowling. I am very prone to broken capillaries and have experienced increased incidence with waxing on my upper lip, fillers in nasolabial folds as well as around my nose and on my cheeks from heat from bathing etc. Is there a risk of an "explosion of broken capillaries" on my face with these surgical procedures?
