Hello,Ive always had issues with the lower part of my face. It seems that my skin droops around my mouth the more I age. Im 33 and have always been insecure aboout this. Since my teens to early twenties I've had these double lines around my face when i smile. It seems like a 3rd lime is forming now and its really bothering me. Would I be a good candidate for a lower facelift? What can I do to improve the appearance?

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Parallel laugh lines, as seen in the photos, are a relatively common problem. For years, I have obtained gratifying results using a cohesive, low viscosity HA filler fanned throuigh the area beneath and supplemented, if necessary, with small intradermal boluses along the more resistent portions of the lines.
