Suture above jaw line since neck/lower facelift - is it supposed to be like this?

I need to know which type of lower facelift/neck lift operation you had. For example, the MACS lift technique can cause contour irregularities depending on the type and location of the suture/sutures used by your surgeon. Regardless of the technique, for me as a surgeon, I would not accept this complication and would ask my patient to allow me to fix it.
