Hips bigger 2 weeks after BBL?

Great question. It's hard to say without photos, but it's still really early after surgery. After liposuction, there is a lot of swelling that takes several weeks to improve noticeably and then 3-6 months to improve completely. Continue to be patient and follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Congratulations on your surgery.

The results early on within the first day or two after liposuction a good representative of what the final results will be.
The swelling has not begun yet and the compression garments are holding everything down showing with the final results should be.
The swelling sets and everything gets distorted.
If you like the results after the first day or two then most likely you'll be very happy with the final results.
Areas treated with fat transfer should look excessive early on.
Most plastic surgeons well over a graft during Brazilians to compensate for future fat loss.
Your buttocks well most certainly go down in size with timing.

Thank you for your question.I would consult with your surgeon for a physical examination regarding the areas of your buttocks that you are concerned about. You are still very early in your recovery. Generally, most of the swelling will resolve by 6-8 weeks and you should start to see your finally results by then. During the recovery period leading up to that your buttocks will continue to change slightly as the swelling resolves and one side/area may resolve quicker than the other giving the appearance of unevenness.
