I have had 2 csection a and the pain afterwards was bad!!!! Is the pain from bbl same or less??? Also how would I be able to go back home as not allowed to sit after?? I'll be an hour away from the surgical facility!!!
Answer: Pain from C-Section Compared to BBL Being only an hour away from the surgery center should not pose a problem for you in sitting. Just pad your vehicle with pillows to place under your thighs and to help you lean forward as to not put pressure on your buttocks. Data collected from the hundreds of BBLs I have performed indicates that the average pain or discomfort period lasts from 3 - 7 days, depending upon the amount of fat injected into each buttock. Affording to my patients, the few days of discomfort are worth it.Kenneth B. Hughes, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: BBL Thank you for your question. After this procedure you can expect soreness, bruising and swelling for a few weeks. You will need to refrain from sitting directly on your buttocks for approximately 2 weeks, there are BBL pillows you can use. A compression garment is also used to reduce swelling. You can go back to work in about 2 weeks and return to exercise in about 1 month.

Answer: Pain from BBL Thanks so much for reaching out. I would say that the pain from the BBL will be comparable to the pain from the C-section. It will be different as the LIFO suction areas will also include your back and overall not quite as tender as the C-section. However the fact that more of your body will be clued it in the surgery overall I think it would be comparable. When traveling home I suggest keeping many pillows in your car and you can put a few under your thighs and sit forward so your buttocks is floating behind you.

Answer: BBL Most of my patients that have a Bbl can go back to most routine activities within 3-5 days. It is not like a c-section. The recovery is usually much easier. Sitting would likely require a special pillow under the legs. Otherwise no sitting for several weeks. Best to review with your doc.

Answer: Pain from Brazilian Butt Lift I believe the question was BBL, not tummy tuck. pain from BBL is mild to moderate if the fat is NOT inserted into the muscle. fat in the muscle causes more pain and may be related to higher risks of death due to fat embolism. I do not inject fat into the muscle and i do it think i need it to achieve good buttock shape. this pain is similar to or less than a c-section hope this helps!
