Yellow liquid from drain?

Question

I got my BBL done 9 days ago and my doctor left a drain hole in my lower back. It's now grown in size and is secreting a lot more fluid that kind of stinks... is there anything I can do between now and the time I see my doctor that'll help??

Thank you for your question.  Drainage from lipo is common for a couple of days but if it starts turning "smelly" then you should contact your surgeon.   I am sure he/she would want to know this information. Best of luck.

You should call your surgeon now and he will guide you through.      I am sure he will want to see you in the office today.

Drainage from a lipo site is not uncommon but foul smelling drainage more than a week later is worrisome. I would not delay seeing your surgeon and would call to see them right away.
