How can I restore volume to cheeks after cheekbone reduction? (Photos)

Question

I had a botched 3d facial contour surgery where the surgeon reduced my cheeks and chin way too much. Now I'm looking for facial implants to correct some of what was done. In particular, it looks like the surgeon shaved off the bone around the outer edge of my orbital rim. As a result, there is now a dent in my face. I want to restore some of that volumn. What kind of implants would I need? I was already looking at cheek implants, but I'm not sure what would be needed for the area around the eye and by the temple. I'm also worried about where the incision site would be and whether it would cause nerve damage. My upper left lip is still numb from the previous surgery.

It is impossible to give you good advice based on these photos and your surgical history. Only on the basis of a detailed and timely evaluation in person, supported with necessary imaging (CT, MRI) one experienced board certified plastic surgeon with experience in craniofacial surgery may have a chance to come to reasonable plan of treatment. This is an area in which I am very familiar.  We should be able to customize standard implants, or create fully custom implants to improve your situation. Also, incisions would be inside the mouth so no further nerve injury or visible scarring is expected.
