I think my face lacks definition. I am getting a rhinoplasty and a chin implant. My doctor says it should help with a more defined face. I would like a defined jawline and a more contoured or define cheekbones. What do you all suggest? I’m looking for a permanent fix so surgical procedures. Also, what can I do with the fat around my mouth- perioral mounds?
