Hi, I am considering custom cheekbone/orbital rim implants to cover the area, since I lack volume. Outside of rhinoplasty for bulbous nose, I would like to know how I can address my lower face/mouth/jaw area. I am too young for a facelift, since my skin hasnt lost elasticity, rather I lack volume. Could implants and subsequent fat grafting to smooth out the contour provide the necessary volume to achieve volume to stretch the skin and fix the problem of the skin around my mouth, or is this a seperate issue? It is very telling from my pictures that my mouth area/jaw needs addressing. I will not be considering double jaw surgery since it is expensive, but more importantly my bite is fine, so I don’t believe it warrants such surgery, but I could consider jaw implants if it would help resolve the issue presented. I am also open to any other suggestions I have not considered. Please don’t suggest injections, since I am looking for a permanent solution. Thank you in advance.
