Sometimes what looks like “migration” can actually be: Swelling or uneven distribution from recent injections Natural asymmetry of the lips Normal tissue changes or puffiness that can happen temporarily Since you mentioned you’ve never had filler before, it’s also possible that what you’re noticing is just your natural lip shape or minor swelling. Filler tends to settle over the first 1–2 weeks, so small irregularities often smooth out on their own. In short, it doesn’t appear to be concerning migration, but subtle changes can be normal early on. Most of the time, minor asymmetry or unevenness improves as the product integrates with the tissue.
