Is dry healing lips after fillers safe?

If you get lip fillers can you chooe to dry heal for the first 72 hours while you let the injection sites heal to avoid any risk of infection? Meaning can you choose not to use any ointment or moisturizer at all for an entire 3 days to be on the safe side? I’ve heard lip filler infection horror stories so I’m trying to see if dry healing for 3 days is okay if I choose to go get injected? And then obviously keep them clean and drink a lot of water is what I read to do. Also can someone recommend that to clean the lips with something that is gentle and fragrance free and will kill bacteria? I see a lot of people saying use dial gold but I feel that would be frying. can you guys give me some specific product recommendations to use to clean lips and how to use them ?

God makes everybody with a lower lip slightly bigger than the upper lip. If there is a large disparity, sometimes we will add more volume to the top than the bottom, however, if the upper lip looks the same size or bigger than the lower lip, I believe it's a bit of a peculiar appearance. I hope...

Does dissolving lip filler cause lip wrinkles? Would refilling after dissolving solve this issue?

Dissolving lip filler can leave you lip deflated and wrinkly so you should do it cautiously and in small increments. Filler of high G' is typically not required for the lip area. Better to inject a product that's soft and hydrating like Versa Lips. All the best from Boston!
