If your implants are not behind the muscles, and most shaped textured implants are not, you may see the edges of your implants more. Textured implants do not move much and are usually firmer to the touch. If you place the smooth implants behind the muscle, you may need a lift. You might just keep what you have unless you want to remove the textured implants.

Yes, teardrop implants can be replaced with round implants. However, in your frontal view, you can see your breasts are much too low on the chest wall. I suggest patient avoid having surgical intervention it is indicated.
Each time you have surgery, there is the potential of things going wrong.
The only indication I can tell is getting rid of the textured implants, and that decision may vary from provider to provider.
I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon or schedule a few in person consultation to get a better assessment and better understanding if you need surgery.
Until there is a clear reason to have surgery. Patient should avoid it.
