I don't see any improvement 10 days post NeckTite, any suggestions?

Yes, this can be a normal part of your recovery. Typically, there is swelling and irregularity of the skin contour for a couple of weeks before things start to smooth out. Be patient, and if things don't get better in a few weeks, go back to your plastic surgeon for evaluation.

Thank you for your question, a combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. There normally is a fair degree of swelling for a week or so after NeckTite and this will definitely affect the appearance.  It can take several months to see improvement after the procedure.  

It is a bit too early for buyer's remorse. Massage the area to improve any lumps that may be present. The areas will soften. I suggest giving it time and evaluating your results at 6 months. Regards,

Thank you for your question. Facetite works by stimulating collagen growth in your body through a radiofrequency system. This takes time. In the immediate post op period, you may notice a substantial amount of swelling and even lumpiness in the tissues. Daily gentle massage will help to keep the tissue smooth. Around 3 months after the procedure, you will see some improvement continuing on for up to a year. Most patients will have a 30% improvement after a year. Good luck!

Yes, this is not uncommon. The last thing a patient want to be told is to be patient, but this is really the bottom line. It does take months to see your final result. take photos every month with the same angle, lighting, position etc

Thanks for your question! Without photos it can be harder to discuss, however, I never see the full 30% improvement immediately after surgery. With appropriate post-op compliance, my patients usually see between 10-15% skin contraction right away (and keep in mind, you will have swelling!), and the full result usually takes around 6 (really anywhere from 3-9) months to develop.  Of course, everyone's healing process is different so some will bruise more, some will swell less, some will need more compression for longer than others. Give it some time, and if you feel that there's an issue or something isn't working, contact your surgeon for a follow-up!
