Why am I shedding hair with black bulb or J shaped structure? (photos)

I have a transplant and on 15 th day when I shampoo my recipent area, my hair shed with black bulb or j shaped structure , I want ro know whether these are hair follicles? ? Whether u have destroy my follicle by rubbing my scabs while shampooing??

Skin discoloration after a hair transplant surgery is not normal especially after 8 months.  It is always a good idea to follow up with your doctor for a recheck.

From about 7 days on, there would be very little that you could do to damage a hair transplant.  So, I would stop worrying but certainly inform the transplanting physician about your concerns.Dr John E Frank, MDNew York City

Massage your head after asking your doctor if it is ok.  There is nothing wrong with massaging your head, but make sure your scalp has healed.  Always check with your doctor.
