You may have lost a few grafts. It would be hard to tell. Check with your doctor.  It can be normal to lose 1-2 grafts for every 1000 grafts.

You can't get a hair transplant donor hair from a dead person. Also, where would you find the dead person?  Even if it is possible there is still a chance of rejection.

You will have hair loss after surgery. You may have graft loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take. You won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.If you are still concerned please follow up with your doctor for another exam.
