I got 300cc under muscle with lollipop lift 3 weeks ago and I feel as though my implants are very low, is this bottoming out? My left one looks a little square.. I don't see my surgeon for another 3 weeks and worried they will not shape nicely! I'm starting to regret my surgery... Would really love some feedback please..
Answer: They don't look right Hello, thank you for your recent question and photos! At this point it is still early in your healing process however if you have concerns of anything going wrong you should reach out to your surgeon. He or she will be able to make you feel more comfortable with an in person consult rather than photos. Wish you the best of luck!

Answer: Low breast implants 3 weeks after breast lift and augmentation It is very early in your recovery. The appearance of your breasts may well improve with time. Don't wait 3 weeks to see your plastic surgeon but call the office and schedule an earlier appointment so that the surgeon can ease mind. With your arms raised it can accentuate the bottom pole of your implants and breast. However if your surgeon feels the implants are low a fairly simple revision can be done after 6 months.

Answer: Is this shape normal 3 weeks post Breast Lift & Implant? Although your concerns are understandable, it is very difficult to give you an accurate assessment with the photographs provided, given that your arms are elevated. You may wish to have a second person take pictures of your breasts from the frontal and side views for more precise answers that you will receive otherwise. Keep in mind, that at this point, it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed. Patience and time maybe your "best friends”. Keep in mind also, that it is not unusual for patients to us experienced significant emotional "ups and downs” after surgical procedures are performed. For the most accurate advice and/or reassurance, best to follow up with your plastic surgeon (earlier than already scheduled if necessary). Best wishes.

Answer: Is this Normal Shape Post Op? Hello and thank your for your questions and photo. You appear to have normal healing, and as others have mentioned, raising your arms above your head will change the appearance as well. I recommend that you make an appointment with your surgeon to be seen sooner then the scheduled 3 weeks so that he/she can assess you in person and offer guidance/reassurance. Best of luck! Dr. Katerina Gallus, MD FACS
