Is it okay to get more than 3 sessions of ThermiVa?

We always suggest three to begin with because once you see your outcome after three, generally you will be at your peak of what kind of results you are going to have going forward. A fourth session could potentially be a waste of your time and money. This is why we do three sessions and then maintenance every year or as needed.

Thermiva works by heating your tissues between 42-45 degrees so as long as your tissues are within that temperature the appropriate tissue responses are stimulated. Sometimes 3 treatments is not enough and a 4 th one is ok to continue to improve symptoms. How your body responds is key.

Hello and thank you for your questions. ThermiVa helps to stimulate your tissues and increase collagen growth. It does this by heating the tissues to within a target temperature range. You do not want to go too hot or you may burn the tissues. Some women will respond well after 3 treatment sessions before going into the maintenance phase and some women will benefit from more sessions before entering the maintenance phase.
