There are plastic surgeon that are good at septoplasty and ENT surgeons that are good at rhinoplasty. most of the experienced rhinoplsty surgeons can do both of them for you. 

Either type of surgeon, well trained and experienced in rhinoplasty should be able to correct your septum and improve your nasal contour.  Look for good before and after photos on the doctors web site to get an idea if the aesthetics are what you are looking for.

It is most important to find a rhinoplasty surgeon that has dedicated a significant portion of their practice to the field of rhinoplasty, and understands the functional component of septoplasty. Plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons can both accomplish that goal. Look for a surgeon who has an extensive portfolio of before and after pictures of noses similar to your own, as well as excellent ratings, reviews, testimonials. Best to seek out 3 opinions from doctors in your area.

Meet with both types of surgeons and see what you think of their plans for your airway and cosmetic changes.  Just make sure the surgeon is one who does a lot of rhinoplasty.

There is a very simple answer to your question. The specialty of your surgeon is not important, whether it be an Ent, Facial PlastIc Surgeon, or Plastic Surgeon as long as that individual specializes in aesthetic and functional surgery of the nose.
