I was diagnosed by a ENT that I have a deviated septum (80% on one side), this has caused frequent nasal drip and snoring. He said that a septoplasty can fix this. I want to have septorhinoplasty to fix the septum and also because I dont like the bump and size of my nose.My ENT does not seem experienced in cosmetic procedures for aesthetic purposes. I would like to go to an ENT for the septum but want to ensure I have a great looking new nose. I'm looking for a board certified doctor in CT or RI
