I had a chin implant swapped out for a larger one a few months ago and my lower lip shrunk significantly. I did not have fillers within 6 months of surgery but I have previously had a v to the y plasty to augment my lips. I know the bigger implant can cause the lip to look smaller relatively but as you can see the difference is there even when I edit out my chin. It is very noticeable and distressing. I don’t like thin lips, has the incision in my mouth reversed the augmentation I had?
