Can lip augmentation give me the heart shaped lips I like? (photos)

Your lips are nicely shaped and full, but you could add more volume and height to the peaks of your upper lip and plump up the center of your bottom lip, too, with a hyaluronic-acid base filler such as Volbella or Belotero. These changes would create a more heart-shaped look. This added volume will also detract somewhat from the width of your lips. While you won’t look exactly like your ideal, you’ll be a lot closer to it. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will let you explore your options and get a better idea of what your final results will be. 

You appear to be a candidate for lip fillers. Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips.
