Is it true that age affect the patients suitability for Vbeam laser treatment? (photos)

I have some small red spider veins and some small red splodges on my cheeks. I am considering if my skin type is suitable for Vbeam treatment. I don't know if there age age groups that are not suitable for treatment and why.
