I have a few broken capillaries in my under eye area - would Vbeam laser be a good treatment option? (photo)

I have multiple red broken capillaries under my left eye. I've seen my derm about this who said I could get them treated with laser therapy. I'm just anxious about the risks involved and whether this would be an effective treatment in this area. I'm worried about potentially damaging the thin skin even further or potentially damaging my eyes. Is the vbeam laser safe to use in this area? And would laser treatment more safer and more effective than electrolysis to remove these telangiectasia.
