Mid-thirties male w/ widespread keratosis pilaris, red and inflamed, since childhood, full limbs, half of torso and buttocks. Improved (maybe masked) w/ sun, coconut oil and salt scrubs in my twenties, now worse than ever. Seems to flush in forearms when down by sides, and legs when standing. 3 treatments into laser hair removal with Gentlelase (alex), nothing yet. I've tried AHA/BHA lotions, scrubs, peels, elimination diets. The redness seems vascular. Would Vbeam or any other laser help?
