VBeam for broken capillaries. Are there different versions of the VBeam laser? Can VBeam cause damage?

I'd like to get VBeam, reading online has confused me on the types of VBeam there are. Are there two types? Is one more likely to cause bruising? What are the risks of VBeam? I have come across some forums and help threads for people saying VBeam caused fat loss in their face - can VBeam cause this? If it can what are the chances of this happening? Why does it happen? Are there any other potential long term irreversible damage/risks that VBeam can cause? Thank you.
