I've already had double jaw surgery and a chin reduction. My side view is still long and flat. Is there another way to shorten it or make it more balanced? My face was definitely longer before though.

You can see a lot more than 5mm below your nerves, below apices of teeth, and reasonable alveolar support. Depending on your goal you may be limited to 8-10mm of advancement, so in that scenario we always talk to people about doing further advancement in the future or possibly a small implant....
The results that you desire can be achieved with a sliding genioplasty or chin implant. The addition of jawline and neck liposuction would give you a well defined and contoured neck and chin.
