I've already had double jaw surgery and a chin reduction. My side view is still long and flat. Is there another way to shorten it or make it more balanced? My face was definitely longer before though.

To assess the outcome of an operation we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
Without knowing what you look like before surgery we can’t really make an assessment on the outcome.
You’ve already had fairly complex procedures done making the assessment one more level in regards to complexity.
Assessments require quality information.
I suggest you follow up with your provider or schedule second opinion in person consultations for the other providers. The procedures you had are usually done by oral surgeons and sometimes by plastic surgeons who have done a cranial facial surgery fellowships.
Both specialties can contribute to the field and can do quality work.
Based on the pictures you’ve shown your face looks well balanced attractive and appropriate.
In order to give you quality information we really need to see pictures and ideally thoroughly assess your previous surgical intervention.
