Or do I need double jaw surgery? I am willing to travel anywhere in the world to get this result. Thanks.
Answer: Sliding genioplasty The sliding genioplasty will give you the most dramatic and natural results. Chin surgery is all cosmetic and does not change your bite. You do not need double jaw surgery to get this result. The sliding genioplasty is performed in our office with sedation anesthesia and takes about an hour. The chin can be moved 9-10 mm with a sliding genioplasty.

Answer: Genioplasty Jaw surgery is a large procedure, and you would definitely need to weigh the pros and cons first. One of the major reasons for having jaw surgery is to correct an abnormal bite. If you do not have any issues with your bite/teeth alignment, or other underlying jaw issues, there is no reason for jaw surgery. Jaw surgery really isn't done for just cosmetic reasons, and may not be covered by insurance if there are no real medical issues to prove why it is needed. As for your aesthetics goal, a genioplasty could give you the results you are looking for. This would bring your chin forward and down, creating more projection and length, resulting in a better balanced profile. It would also add definition to your jawline. You may also consider jawline contouring, depending on the front view you are looking for.

Answer: Chin augmentation Based on these photos, chin augmentation would be sufficient to give you desired result. Whehter sliding genioplasty or implant augmentation, it would create same result; I preffer implant in this case. Providing that you have normal dental occlusion, no jaw surgery is needed. Good luck.

Answer: Chin enhancement Based on your photographs you do not need "double jaw" surgery. I believe that we can use a chin implant to get you the result you need quickly, safely, and easily. It will be better than a sliding genioplasty for in a sliding genioplasty you can bring the chin forward, but won't get the volume enhancement you want.

Answer: Genioplasty You can achieve 'similar' results with a proper genioplasty that manages 3 dimensional changes (eg height as well). If you have an 'overbite', it may be worth having an examination as to the 'jaw surgery advancement'.
