Would a genioplasty with liposuction give me my desired results? (photos)

I’m 19 and am about to get my braces off. I have no overbite anymore, but still a recessed chin and zero jawline. I just wanted some opinions on whether or not these results are possible from a sliding genioplasty and chin/neck lipo. Thank you!
