Had a lower SMAS and necklift in June. All was great but had an extreme choking feeling. In Jan. went in for a revison to loosen the pull (behind ears only)and it worked but now Im back to the tight duct tape feeling in gland area of neck, up behind ears.I feel it all if I contract the ears. I’m assuming it’s nerves & was told to massage & stretch but how much massage is too much.? It brings no relief but I want to help this along & not hinder healing. Kind of a stinging sensation.
