Seeking advice for distortion of ears & profile after lower face & neck lift? (Photos)

I'm seeking advice and recommendations for a plastic surgeon who practices in Florida an who is expert with facelift revisions. In June 2020 I had lower face & neck lift. Please help me figure out what went wrong. My facial profile & ears look so strange. It looks like I lost "sides of my face" especially in front of my ears & around temple area. My ears look "folded" the left tragus is jagged looking. My profile is so odd looking & not being a surgeon I don't know what happened? Thank you

Sorry to hear you have had less than satisfactory results after surgery.  While your photos are limited, there do appear to be some minor adjustments that can be made to correct your tragal incision and the closure in front of your ear lobe.  The best first course of action is to meet with your original surgeon to voice your concerns.  If that is not possible, obtain a second opinion in person when an exam can be performed.  In Florida, I would recommend visiting with Dr. Harry Wright or Dr. Ed Farrior.

These are some unfortunate problems related to facelift / necklift incisions that are a result of too much tension on the skin closure and/or inadequate inset of the ear lobule at the time of the closure. This may also be related to poor technique overall. The best option would be to perform a revision facelift/necklift to suspend the deeper tissues and permit a tension free closure on the ear. I would highly recommend seeing a board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon for a physical exam and accurate analysis with safe recommendations for potential surgical options. Best of luck!
